im back...and im not okie...friday had a game with csc...3 half
i played 2 half....the first half, i rested...ma kneeeeeeeeeeeee

SPORE VS AUSTRALIA...spore was defeated...3-0...
and after tat when to the lights out...from 11-3am....

hie tehre....today is so call ma lucky day for ma bike prac...
haha yea..i make it man!!!
and i have fallen sick lah....flu man!!!
and after tat..goin to sdsc and be a volunteer...
today abg Jaffa teach me how to lift up a wheelchair bound to their racers...
and i was a great help to him as an assistant....he even asked me to be one
so yea...today i try a new thing...i sat on a wheelchair and do the agility trainings with the athletes..and i even wheeled 400metres arnd the track....
it was such an experience...it was so tiring..but i work out ma arms again...
darn....its like the whole week i have been workin out...

well..kinda stress before the event as everyday need to work OT
and im given the responsibility not to screwed up the medal presentation...

and things goes smoothly...and im touched on the awards receipients...
i invited yani along...and guess wat?we had the best seating ever....
gettin into a table for dinner together with the artiste of Beat Society...

and ma supervisor owe me a box of ciggaratte for ma good performance...
Friday...me.yani.lin and zal went out for dinner at fareast...

so on 16 jan....i went to skool to workout....

hmm...it's a couple of days im left most of the tym at ma bed...
lying down restlessly....reminizing the night where it all happen
in a split second...i regret of ma actions....
hmmm....i cant forget or even forgive maself of what had happen to me...and the product that was involoved...
due to this...i get maself 3 days mc..to heal ma wounds...and yar...hopefully by 1 week plus i can be fully heal and start ma normal life once again...ma hockey...i was stupid...i mizz the oppurtunities for this year "polite" game....which i was so entu...????haa...i can only laugh at maself but yet hurt in the inside...well....
